PRACTICE AREAS
CORPORATE LAW
We provide a wide range of services, from incorporating joint stock companies, limited liability companies, branch offices and liaison offices, to corporate maintenance including advice on board of directors meetings; holding ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings, managing capital increases.
We also assist in amending companies articles of association either to comply with the Turkish Commercial Code or to reflect specific agreements between different shareholders groups; intra-group reorganizations to include spin-off, merger, change of legal form, liquidation, asset transfer and share transfer; structuring the board of directors and limitation of authorities between board members; and general maintenance of corporate records.
TAX LAW
We provide legal consultancy in organization of the relations with all tax authorities and take the necessary legal steps against all taxing actions to be taken by tax offices and ensure the representation of our clients before tax offices and courts.
ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
We provide legal consultancy in organization of the relations with all administrative authorities, and particularly with the municipalities and take the necessary legal steps against all administrative actions to be taken by administrative bodies with respect to our clients as well as against administrative acts that may affect our clients, and we ensure the representation of our clients before administrative bodies and administrative judicial authorities.
TRANSPORT, MARITIME and INSURANCE LAW
We provide legal consultancy and litigation service in all disputes arising from bill of lading, charter parties, cargo claims and insurance policies.
DATA PROTECTION LAW
We provide legal consultancy for implementation of the law, drafting the privacy policies and revising the contracts and also provide technic solutions with the business partner.
EMPLOYMENT LAW
We provide legal consultancy and litigation services in matters related to employment law such as preparing employment contracts, management contracts, drafting documents regarding the internal policies as well as social security law related matters, litigation and assists our clients in obtaining necessary permits for foreigners in order to enable them to work in Turkey.
REAL ESTATE LAW
We provide legal consultancy for real property transactions including all aspects of sale and purchase of land, commercial and residential properties, and long term leasehold contracts.
EXECUTION and BANKRUPTCY LAW
We provide legal consultancy and litigation services in enforcement proceedings of commercial and personal loans, enforcement of mortgages, reviewing and confirmation of mortgages, establishment and discharge of mortgages, enforcement proceedings of receivables arising from the laws on foreign exchange transactions, carrying out inquiry and reporting on the data pertaining to enforcement proceedings, as well as any kinds of debt enforcement proceedings.
FOREIGNERS and CITIZENSHIP LAW
Legal consultancy services are provided within the scope of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 on all matters with a foreign element, especially obtaining work permits for foreign citizens, following the residence permit procedures, and application and follow-up procedures for Turkish Citizenship of foreign investors.
CRIMINAL LAW
Legal counseling and litigation services are provided by our counsel consultants, who are experts in criminal law, in case of disputes related to criminal law.
CONSUMER LAW
We provide legal consultancy and litigation services regarding consumer law, including dispute arising from defective products and services.
