AREAS OF ACTIVITY
CORPORATE LAW
In addition to assisting with the establishment of companies, branches, and liaison offices, we provide advisory services for board of directors meetings, facilitate regular and extraordinary general meetings, and offer legal advisory services regarding capital increases and reductions.
Legal advice regarding the maintenance of corporate records—including the alignment of companies’ articles of association with the Turkish Commercial Code, the structuring of agreements among different shareholder groups, intra-group restructuring, spin-offs, mergers, changes in legal form, liquidation, asset and share transfers, the structuring of boards of directors, and the limitation of authority among board members, as well as the maintenance of corporate records. Additionally, we provide litigation services in legal disputes in which the companies are parties.
TAX LAW
We provide legal advisory and litigation support services to regulate legal relationships with tax authorities, take the necessary legal actions against any tax-related proceedings, and, when necessary, represent clients before tax authorities and tax courts.
ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
We provide legal advisory and litigation services to regulate legal relationships with administrative authorities, take the necessary legal actions against all types of administrative proceedings and actions, and, when necessary, represent clients before administrative authorities and administrative courts.
TRANSPORTATION, MARITIME COMMERCE, AND INSURANCE LAW
We provide legal counsel and litigation services in disputes arising from bills of lading, charter parties, or cargo damage/shortage in land, air, and sea transportation, as well as from insurance policies.
DATA PROTECTION LAW
Within the framework of the regulations introduced by the Personal Data Protection Law, we provide technical and legal consulting services through our solution partner regarding the development of privacy policies, the drafting of forms and contracts in compliance with the legislation, and the transfer of data to third parties both domestically and internationally.
LABOR LAW
We provide legal advisory and litigation services regarding labor law contracts, the preparation of documents related to workplace rules, labor and social security law, the handling of claims for material and moral damages arising from workplace accidents, and the process of obtaining the necessary permits for foreign nationals to work in Turkey.
REAL ESTATE LAW
We provide legal advisory and litigation services regarding the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, as well as the long-term leasing of residential and commercial properties.
ENFORCEMENT AND BANKRUPTCY LAW
We provide legal advisory services and litigation support regarding the collection of commercial and personal loans, mortgage enforcement, the review and verification of mortgages, the establishment and release of mortgages, the collection of claims arising from exchange law, data analysis and reporting related to enforcement proceedings, and the collection of all types of claims, as well as legal advisory services and litigation support concerning corporate bankruptcy, composition, and liquidation processes, as well as litigation services.
FOREIGNERS AND CITIZENSHIP LAW
We provide legal advisory services under the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 on all matters involving foreign nationals, including obtaining work permits for foreign nationals, handling residence permit procedures, and processing applications and follow-up procedures for foreign investors seeking Turkish citizenship.
CRIMINAL LAW
Our criminal law attorneys provide legal counsel and litigation services for disputes related to criminal law.
CONSUMER LAW
We provide legal counsel and litigation services related to consumer law, particularly regarding disputes arising from the provision of defective goods and services.
